SALES POLICY

 Deposits and Payments 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50%  is required to hold a goat(s); however, I guarantee that should the animal(s) become unfit for sale due to injury, illness, or death, while in my care, I will refund the deposit, or you can choose another animal of equal value if available.
• After you have made the 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due when picking up the goat(s).Goat(s) will not leave the farm until paid in full.
• An agreed-upon pickup date must be set at the time of deposit. 
• The deposit will hold the animal(s) until weaning age, at 13 weeks old. All goats will be picked up on the agreed-upon date. If you are not able to pick the animal up, you will be charged a boarding fee of $5.00 per head /per day for up to one week. I reserve the right to resell said animal(s) to someone else if the buyer does not make an attempt to arrange a new pickup date. All boarding fees will be paid up front.
• If the intended buyer withdraws from the previous agreement or fails to pick up the goat(s) on the agreed-upon date, the deposit and any boarding fees are forfeited. 
• All goats are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale only. Once a goat leaves our property, all responsibility and liability transfer to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for illness/death caused by the stress of transportation. All goats are sold “AS IS.”
